Make the most of your visit by combining a trip to Storeblå visitor centre with an exciting RIB tour to one of our aquaculture installations. Here, staff from the Norway Fisheries Museum will show you around and answer your questions. Learn more– experience more – get up close to both nature and aquaculture.
To take visitors to Storeblå out to one of the fish farms, we use a RIB to get there quickly and safely. RIBs are rigid inflatable boats and are the perfect mode of transport for the different conditions out at sea, with wind and waves. Our RIBs can travel at speeds of up to 40 knots and are very stable and seaworthy. Each boat can seat 12 passengers.
The guides who drive you out to the fish farm are certified pilots with plenty of experience and expertise. We keep a strong focus on safety, and always adapt our trips to the weather conditions.
